Abstract
The constructs of flow itself can perhaps act as a way to shape our practice. For example, balancing the skills as an athlete to the challenge of the tasks set can immediately foster a sense of capability and bring about enjoyment itself. This involves setting clear intentions and allowing for flexibility, creating an environment for yourself that encourages growth. Kirsten’s resilience led her to research and focus on how participation in sports and physical activity impacted individuals’ overall well-being, both physically and mentally.
