Advance technology contributes to improving lifestyle and bringing new ideas to the table on a daily basis to make life easier. Construction industries, which play an important role in this segment, are difficult to change methodology in order to build strategy, and a variety of factors contribute to the construction industry, which may be improved by advancing technology. After many years, the construction industry is in desperate need of change. It is one of the most important industries in terms of employment. First and foremost, this research discusses how to change the mindset of construction businesses, as well as clients, householders, and decision-makers, as well as how to adopt government regulations to encourage people to go out and generate greater productivity. A real-world case study in a different area has been used to determine the most important factors that influence productivity and construction time, as well as the limitations and problems of modular construction efficiency in high-rise buildings.
