Abstract
The pandemic pushed us to rethink about our methodologies. We can no longer assume that the physical presence of a student equals their mental engagement. Many innovative pedagogy strategies evolved during the first two years of online learning. While the schools are transitioning back to more in-person classes, many of our online teaching techniques could be applied to in-person instructions. The pandemic has also deprived some students of physical connection and community of their peers. We should keep this in mind while developing group projects and facilitating discussions. This study focuses on different strategies to help build a more inclusive and welcoming community for all students.
