Considerable cultural diversity exists in society, requiring teachers to ensure that all students have a better education. This study aims to promote such commitment through musical education—an instrument favoring intercultural education in early childhood classrooms. To this end, this study adopted a quantitative method in which a questionnaire was created and distributed among a sample of 411 teachers; moreover, descriptive studies and the analysis of variance of one factor were conducted. Significant differences were observed mainly in concerted schools regarding the implementation of music as a tool in teaching and learning the transmission of culture. This study shows that music is essential for the progress of education in different multicultural contexts and that it must be homogeneous regardless of the type of center where it is taught.
